We met with Peter Fry the executive director for Kua Ventures.
This group continues to do well and expand, they exist to provide financial partnership and support to developing midsize organizations.
Currently they have about 24 partnerships in place and are constantly evaluating additional opportunities. Potential partners must be led by a Kenyan National, have a faith component, and demonstrate social benefit.
Time with Peter is always a pleasure his energy, knowledge and perception are exciting and it’s very clear that his commitment to his task in Kenya is 100% (N/P)

Thanks to Mr. Sam Owen, we were introduced to Andrew Ongoka. Andrew is a Kenyan national who is married to a U.S. medical doctor.
We met with Nelson Mookie, Manager of Capital Projects for Care International Hospital.
We enjoyed a dinner with our friend Nicholas Selby! Since we met a year earlier, Nicholas has only increased his involvement in supporting solar initiatives across rural Africa.

The Bucket Ministry provides a bucket and a water filter so that people who do not have access to clean water will and in the process of distributing and educating recipients they also share the gospel.
Our next meeting was with Mr. David Osamba of Nyabon Enterprises in Nairobi. His company is focused on optimizing the business of small farming.
From the fish farm, we proceeded to Container World Africa, where the owner, Calvin, showed us his operation.
Next, we visited the 93C fish farm operated by Father’s House in Ruiru, Kenya.
Their primary purpose is to train and develop skills for young people in Kenya.
This venture was started in 2017 by XXX. They have created an off-the-grid irrigation system that incorporates a solar-powered water pump, which feeds an elevated storage tank.
